이용약관

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 SMEN.COACH(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 온라인 강의 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 회원의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (회원가입 및 서비스 이용)

회원은 정확한 정보를 제공하여 가입하여야 하며, 회원 계정의 관리 책임은 회원 본인에게 있습니다.

제3조 (서비스 이용)

구매한 강의는 결제 완료일로부터 1년간 수강할 수 있습니다.

수강 기간이 종료되면 강의 시청 권한은 자동 종료됩니다.

강의는 구매한 회원 본인만 이용할 수 있으며 타인에게 계정 공유, 양도 또는 판매할 수 없습니다.

회사는 서비스 개선을 위해 강의 구성 및 일부 콘텐츠를 변경할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (저작권)

모든 강의 영상, 이미지, 문서 및 콘텐츠의 저작권은 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.

회원은 회사의 사전 동의 없이 강의 내용을 복제, 녹화, 배포, 공유 또는 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.

위반 시 서비스 이용 제한 및 민·형사상 책임이 발생할 수 있습니다.

제5조 (서비스 제한)

다음 행위가 확인될 경우 회사는 사전 통보 없이 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 회원 자격을 제한할 수 있습니다.

불법 녹화 및 배포

서비스 운영 방해

기타 관련 법령 위반

제6조 (면책사항)

회사는 천재지변, 시스템 점검, 불가항력 등의 사유로 서비스 제공이 어려운 경우 책임을 지지 않습니다.

2. 환불정책 

환불정책

온라인 강의의 특성상 디지털 콘텐츠 제공이 시작된 이후에는 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.

환불 기준

결제 후 7일 이내이며 강의를 시청하지 않은 경우

전액 환불

강의를 일부 시청한 경우

시청한 강의 분량에 해당하는 금액 및 결제 수수료를 제외한 금액 환불

전체 강의의 30% 이상을 수강한 경우 환불 불가

결제 후 30일이 경과한 경우 환불 불가

환불 불가 사항

강의를 다운로드한 경우

계정 공유 또는 부정 이용이 확인된 경우

이벤트 또는 프로모션 상품으로 별도 환불 조건이 명시된 경우

환불은 결제수단에 따라 처리 기간이 달라질 수 있으며 일반적으로 영업일 기준 3~7일 정도 소요됩니다.

Terms of Service

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between SMEN.COACH ("Company") and users regarding the use of the Company's online education services.

Article 2. Membership

Users must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.

Article 3. Course Access

Purchased courses are available for 12 months from the date of payment.

Course access will automatically expire after the access period.

Course access is provided only to the purchasing user and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

The Company may update or improve course content and services when necessary.

Article 4. Intellectual Property

All course videos, documents, images, and educational materials are protected by copyright.

Users may not copy, record, distribute, reproduce, or commercially use any course materials without prior written consent from the Company.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension and legal action.

Article 5. Service Restriction

The Company may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if users:

Share accounts

Illegally record or distribute course materials

Interfere with service operations

Violate applicable laws or these Terms

Article 6. Disclaimer

The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

2. Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital educational content, refunds may be limited once course access has begun.

Refund Eligibility

Within 7 days of purchase and no course content has been viewed

Full refund.

If part of the course has been viewed

A partial refund may be provided after deducting the value of the content already accessed and any applicable processing fees.

If 30% or more of the course has been completed

No refund will be issued.

After 30 days from the purchase date

Refunds are not available.

Non-Refundable Cases

Course materials have been downloaded.

Account sharing or unauthorized use has been detected.

Promotional or discounted products with separately stated refund conditions.

Refunds are processed through the original payment method and typically take 3–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
