먼저 짚어둘 점: 원문에 "병원(hospital)"이라는 표현이 반복되는데(제1조에서 "모션케어(이하 '병원'라 한다)"로 정의), 모션케어는 필라테스 플랫폼이라 "병원"은 다른 약관을 복사하며 치환을 안 한 흔적으로 보입니다. 아래 번역에서는 일단 정의된 그대로 **"the Hospital"**로 옮겼지만, 실제로는 "the Company"(회사) 또는 **"MotionCare"**로 바꾸는 게 맞습니다. 한글 원문도 같이 수정하시길 권합니다. 우선 번역본을 드리고, 끝에 치환 방법을 정리하겠습니다.

Membership Terms of Service
Chapter 1. General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms are intended to set forth the conditions and procedures for the use of all services (hereinafter "Services") provided by MotionCare (hereinafter the "Hospital") on its website.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these terms are as follows:

User: A person who receives the Services provided by the Hospital under these terms.
Use Agreement: An agreement concluded between the Hospital and the User in connection with the use of the Services.
Registration: The act of completing the Service use agreement by entering the relevant information into the application form provided by the Hospital and agreeing to these terms.
Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing the personal information required for membership registration on this site.
User ID (ID): A combination of letters and numbers selected by the User and approved by the Hospital for member identification and the member's use of the Services.
Password: A combination of letters, numbers, and special characters set by the User to protect the member's information.
Termination of Use: An expression of intent by the Hospital or a member to end the use agreement after using the Services.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
If a member does not agree to the amended terms, the member may request withdrawal (termination) of membership. If the member continues to use the Services without expressing an intent to refuse within 7 days from the effective date of the amended terms, the member shall be deemed to have agreed to the amendments.
These terms take effect by being posted on the Service screen or announced via the notice board or other means.
The Hospital may amend the contents of these terms when deemed necessary. The amended terms will be announced on the Service screen, and if the member continues to use the Services without expressing an intent to refuse within 7 days after the announcement, the member shall be deemed to have agreed to the amendments.
If a User does not agree to the amended terms, the User may stop using the Services and cancel their membership registration. If the User continues to use the Services, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the amendments, and the amended terms shall take effect in the same manner as described in the preceding paragraph.
Article 4 (Provisions Applied by Reference)
Matters not specified in these terms shall be governed by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other relevant laws and regulations.

Chapter 2. Service Use Agreement
Article 5 (Formation of the Use Agreement)
The use agreement is formed by the Hospital's acceptance of the User's application for use and the User's agreement to the contents of the terms.
Article 6 (Application for Use)
A User may apply for use by entering their personal information into the application form required by the Hospital on the member information screen of the Service.
Article 7 (Acceptance of the Application)
When a member applies for use by accurately entering all items on the application form, the Service use application is accepted unless there are special circumstances.
Acceptance of use may be denied in any of the following cases:

When the application is not made under the applicant's real name
When the application is made using another person's identity
When the contents of the application are entered falsely
When the application is made for the purpose of harming public order or good morals
When other requirements for application set by the Hospital are not met

Article 8 (Changes to Contract Details)
If the information entered at the time of application changes, the member must update it. The member is responsible for any problems arising from failure to update it.
Chapter 3. Obligations of the Parties
Article 9 (Obligations of the Hospital)
The Hospital shall not disclose or distribute to third parties any of a member's personal information that it knows in connection with providing the Services, without the member's consent. However, this shall not apply when there is a request from a state agency under the provisions of laws such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications, when there is an investigative purpose regarding a crime, or when there is a request made through procedures stipulated by other relevant laws.
Article 10 (Obligations of the Member)
When using the Services, a member shall not engage in any of the following acts:

Wrongfully using another member's ID
Reproducing or publishing information obtained from the Services, or providing it to third parties
Infringing the Hospital's copyright, a third party's copyright, or other rights
Disseminating content that violates public order or good morals
Acts objectively judged to be connected with crime
Other acts that violate relevant laws and regulations
A member may not conduct business activities using the Services, and the Hospital shall not be responsible for any results arising from using the Services for business activities.
A member may not transfer or gift the right to use the Services or any other status under the use agreement to others, nor may they offer it as collateral.

Chapter 4. Use of Services
Article 11 (Obligations of the Member)
A member is responsible for managing the maintenance of their own email, bulletin boards, registered materials, etc., as needed.
A member may not arbitrarily delete or change materials provided by the Hospital.
A member shall not register content on the Hospital's website that violates public order and good morals or that infringes a third party's copyright or other rights. If such content is posted, the member bears all responsibility for the resulting consequences.
Article 12 (Management and Deletion of Posts)
For efficient service operation, the member's memory space, message size, retention period, etc., may be limited, and content may be deleted without prior notice in any of the following cases:

Content that defames or slanders another member or a third party, or damages their reputation
Content that violates public order and good morals
Content recognized as being connected with criminal activity
Content that infringes the Hospital's copyright, a third party's copyright, or other rights
Cases where a member posts obscene material on the Hospital's website and bulletin boards, or links to obscene sites
Other cases judged to violate relevant laws and regulations

Article 13 (Copyright of Posts)
The copyright of a post belongs to the author. A member may not commercially use materials posted on the Service, including processing or selling information obtained through the Service.
Article 14 (Service Hours)
In principle, the Services are available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are special operational or technical obstacles. However, this does not apply in cases such as regular maintenance.
Article 15 (Responsibility for Service Use)
The Services must not be used for acts such as hacking, linking to obscene sites, or illegally distributing commercial software. The Hospital shall not be responsible for the results and losses of business activities arising from such violations, or for legal measures taken by relevant authorities.
Article 16 (Suspension of Service Provision)
Service provision may be suspended in any of the following cases:

Unavoidable cases due to construction such as maintenance of service facilities
When a key telecommunications service provider stipulated under the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunications services
When system maintenance is necessary
Other cases of force majeure

Chapter 5. Termination of Agreement and Restrictions on Use
Article 17 (Termination of Agreement and Restrictions on Use)
When a member wishes to terminate the use agreement, the member must apply for termination via the internet in person, and the Hospital will take action after verifying the member's identity.
If a member has engaged in any of the following acts, the Hospital must notify the member of its intent at least 30 days before taking termination action and give them an opportunity to state their opinion:

Stealing another person's User ID and password
Intentionally interfering with service operation
Making a false application for membership
When the same user makes a duplicate registration under a different ID
Disseminating content harmful to public order and good morals
Engaging in acts that damage another person's reputation or cause them disadvantage
Transmitting large amounts of information or advertising information for the purpose of interfering with the stable operation of the Service
Distributing computer virus programs, etc., that cause malfunction of information and communication facilities or destruction of information
Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Hospital, other members, or third parties
Wrongfully using another person's personal information, User ID, and password
When a member posts obscene material on their homepage or bulletin board, or links to obscene sites
Other cases judged to violate relevant laws and regulations

Chapter 6. Miscellaneous
Article 18 (Prohibition of Transfer)
A member may not transfer or gift the right to use the Services or any other status under the use agreement to others, nor may they offer it as collateral.
Article 19 (Compensation for Damages)
With respect to Services provided free of charge, the Hospital shall not be liable for any damage incurred by a member, except for damage caused by the Hospital's intent or gross negligence.
Article 20 (Disclaimer)
The Hospital is exempted from responsibility for providing the Services when it cannot provide them due to natural disaster, war, or other comparable force majeure.
The Hospital is exempted from responsibility for damage arising from unavoidable causes such as repair, replacement, regular inspection, or construction of service facilities.
The Hospital is not responsible for service-use disruptions caused by reasons attributable to the member.
The Hospital is not responsible for the benefits a member expects from using the Services, or for damage caused by materials obtained through the Services.
The Hospital is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, or other content of information, materials, or facts posted on the Service by a member.
Article 21 (Court of Jurisdiction)
If a lawsuit is filed regarding a dispute arising from the use of the Services, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Hospital shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction.
Addendum
(Effective Date) These terms take effect on January 30, 2026.
